There is a better, more enjoyable way to get all those health benefits with just having more sex, well close enough. Here are the five reasons you should be having more sex, because it’s good for you.

Researches have found that people who have sex a few times a week have higher immunoglobulin A (IgA) levels. You bodies first defense when exposed to viruses or bacteria. These antibodies fight off invading organisms when they enter your body protecting you from getting sick. The higher your levels of IgAs are the less likely you are of getting sick, so get busy rolling around.

2. Protects you from cancer

Well, from prostate cancer at least. Apparently, when men don’t ejaculate regularly, the fluid in their prostate becomes stagnant and full of viruses and bacteria, which can lead to serious prostate issues, including cancer. It’s important then to cum often, it feels good and it’s good for your health. Whether you have sex or take time for some self-loving it just doesn’t matter as long as you keep those pipes clean.
