Private Basement parties for all adults, ages 18 and up. No dress codes ever and we have beds for over night stays too. Frig fully stocked with all set-ups provided, nice and chilled. Four bathrooms on premise, with two having showers, if needed. Private play rooms with a full size bed and pull-out full size bed, beside a private bathroom. Seven other play rooms, all with couches and beds. One play room has a hanging sex swing.
