Science Says These Superfoods Are Good For Boners

The study, led by Aedin Cassidy, professor of nutrition at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK, followed 25,096 men over 10 years, and had them fill out food-frequency questionnaires every 4 years to track their dietary patterns. The men also self-rated their erectile function (or dysfunction), and the researchers found that the men who ate more flavonoid-rich foods had lower rates of erectile dysfunction

Cassidy said in a press release at the University of East Anglia: “ Men who regularly consumed foods high in these flavonoids were 10% less likely to suffer erectile dysfunction. In terms of qualities, we’re talking just a few portions a week”. He also added that having lots of flavonoids in your diet reduces your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer too. Win, win situation – good for your junk and your general health.

What are the foods with the most erection-friendly flavonoids? Try blueberries, cherries, radishes, celery, citrus fruits, parsley, thyme, hot peppers, tea, and red wine.
