At the Central Florida Partyhouse, we offer plenty of well-lit, off-street private parking. We’re set well back from the road offering plenty of privacy. (Single ladies, we do have escorts available to walk you to your car if you’d prefer.) Our place offers a large hot tub, a large above ground swimming pool (weather permitting) surrounded by amultilevel deck with tables and chairs, outdoor benches, and loveseat swings for sitting by the pool or hot tub. We offer private lockers (bring your own towels and locks please), restrooms, and shower. We offer a buffet (many bring a “potluck” dish or dessert to share). There is a bar with setups (BYOB) and plenty of space to keep your beer and wine cold too. We have a large gazebo (a/c or heat depending on the weather) with conversation areas, tables, and a spacious dance floor with pole. We have all styles of music available and if we don’t have it just let us know and we’ll make sure it is there for you the next time you visit. During the cooler weather we have an outdoor fireplace area to sit around and get toasty as well as picnic tables and other tables and chairs in the area. The back also offers swing seating under the trees for those cozy quiet moments. There are 5 COTTAGES FOR PLAY. All are air conditioned or heated depending on the weather. For those looking for a little adventure we offer a swing room and a group room. There are three other private/semiprivate cottages, one boasting a king size bed and the others queen size. In addition there are 2 rooms available inside with queen size beds.
